Your Role

A Full Stack Development is responsible for leading a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Spring Boot for backend services and Angular for frontend development. The role involves providing technical guidance, reviewing code quality, managing project deliverables, and fostering best practices in Agile development. Along with hands on coding, the Team Lead collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, ensures smooth integration across the tech stack, and mentors team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Backend (Java + Spring Boot): Scalable microservices, REST APIs, security, validations, logging, unit testing.

• Angular: Responsive, modular front-end apps with reusable components and state management.

• AWS: Deploy/manage cloud-native apps with compute, storage, and networking services.

• MS SQL: Design and optimize databases, queries, and stored procedures for high performance.

• Apache Camel: Implement enterprise integration patterns for seamless interoperability.

• Kafka: Real-time, event-driven architectures with reliable message streaming.

• API Gateway: API management with traffic control, throttling, and authentication.

• Kubernetes: Orchestrate containerized apps for scalability, resilience, and automation.

• Leadership & Process: Lead code reviews, mentor teams, and drive delivery through collaboration and prioritization.
