Terms and Conditions

• Promotion Period: 31 days; Starting from 01st to 31st,October 2025 (both dates inclusive).
• Eligibility: To qualify, customers must complete one (1) International money transfer within the week to be eligible for both the Weekly and Grand Draw. Winners of one weekly draw will not be qualified for the next weekly draw
• Voucher Value & Inclusions: Valid for bookings up to AED 3,000/- only
• Cash Alternative:  If a winner prefers cash instead of travel, they may opt for an AED 2,000 cash alternative.
• Service Amendments: Once issued, the services may only be amended subject to provider restrictions. Please note that additional charges may apply.
• Partner Agency: The travel agency we are partnered with is Musafir.com.
• Redemption: This voucher may be redeemed for services offered by Musafir.com, either online or through their customer service team. 
• Validity: The voucher is valid until 31st December, 2025, and will be considered null and void thereafter.
• Legal Terms: Musafir.com’s standard Force Majeure and Indemnity clauses apply. In case of a conflict, Musafir.com’s legal terms will take precedence.
• Non-Changeable: Once confirmed, this voucher is non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Promotional Limitations: This voucher cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, promotions, or similar products.
• Full Redemption Required: The offer may only be redeemed until the full voucher value is met. If a partial amount is used, the remaining balance cannot be combined with another product, nor can it be refunded in cash or kind.
• Terms Modification: Musafir.com reserves the right to amend, change, or modify the terms and conditions of this voucher at its discretion, either independently or with the tour operator.
• Availability: All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Excess Payment: If the value of any element in the travel service exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference.
• Single Use:  The winner can redeem the travel voucher up to a value of AED 3000 in total. This voucher can be used once only.

Generic T&C

• Eligibility: This promotion is open exclusively to UAE residents holding a valid Emirates ID and it applies only to individual Money Transfers.
• Winners: A total of 5 winners will be selected during the promotion period viz. 1st to 31st October 2025 (31 days; both dates inclusive).
• Prize Collection: Winners must submit a copy of their transaction confirmation receipt from Al Fardan Exchange, along with a valid Emirates ID and/or passport to claim their prize.
• Criteria: Promotion eligibility is based on successful international money transfers made at any Al Fardan Exchange branch or AlfaPay app unless blocked by compliance or correspondent bank issues.
• Transaction Status: Cancelled, returned, or void remittance transactions are not eligible for the promotion.
• Draw Entry: All valid money transfer transactions must be completed within the promotional eligibility period to enter the e-raffle draws.
• Administration: All e-raffle draws will be conducted by officials from the Economic Department of the UAE government.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by an authorized representative of Al Fardan Exchange.
• Modes of Notification: Winners will be notified through the official communication channels of Al Fardan Exchange.
• Claim Period: All winners must claim their rewards on or before 15th December 2025.
• Cash Redemption: If the winner chooses not to use the flight ticket, the voucher can be redeemed for cash up to AED 2,000 in total. The winner can choose this option until 15th December 2025 only.
• Entry Denial: Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to deny entry for any remittance transaction deemed unethical, false, or unauthentic.
• Fraudulent Activity: If a transaction is found suspicious or fraudulent, Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the participant.
• Marketing Consent: Consent of the winners will be taken for the publication of their photos, videos, and names for marketing purposes and waive any claims against Al Fardan Exchange regarding this use.
• Terms Amendments: Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as directed by government regulators, with prior notice to customers.
• Promotion Status: Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or suspend the promotion for any reason.
• Draw Date Changes: Al Fardan Exchange may change the draw date at its discretion, and any new dates will be communicated through official channels.
• Compliance: Customer's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
• Final Decision: The decision of Al Fardan Exchange regarding any promotion-related issues is final and binding.
• Prize Conditions: The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable; only a cash alternative is offered.
• Prize Draw Decisions: The decisions regarding the prize draw are final and compliant with government regulations; no correspondence will be entertained.
• Transaction Responsibility: Al Fardan Exchange is not responsible for incomplete transactions; such transactions will not be valid for entry into the prize draw.
• Acceptance of Terms: Participants are deemed to accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions upon entry. Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to refuse entry or prize claims from anyone in breach of these terms.
• Liability Limitations: Al Fardan Exchange and its agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from accepting the prize.
• Monetary Loss: Al Fardan Exchange is not liable for any monetary loss or damage resulting from participation in the promotion.
• Force Majeure: Al Fardan Exchange is not liable for any failure to comply with obligations due to Force Majeure events.
• Governing Law: All disputes arising from this promotion are subject to UAE laws and the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
• Personal Information: Al Fardan Exchange will never ask for personal bank details or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.

• Staff Exclusion: Employees of BPI (including Local Hires) and Al Fardan Exchange up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to win in the promotion.
• Inquiries and Complaints: For clarifications or complaints, call 600522265 or email customercare@alfardanexchange.com with “Promotion” in the subject line. We will aim to resolve a complaint within 7 working days, or a final response will be given in 15 working days in accordance with the resolution procedures.
• Fraud Reporting: Report any theft, loss, stolen card, or unauthorized transactions immediately to Al Fardan Exchange Customer Service at 600522265 or email customercare@alfardanexchange.com (Available 24/7) or fraud.reporting@alfardanexchange.com. (Available from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm)
