Your Role

A Senior Backend Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing server-side applications, APIs, and databases to ensure high performance, scalability, and security. The role involves writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions. Additionally, the developer provides technical guidance, reviews code, and mentors junior team members to uphold best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Java (Advanced): Exception handling, generics, multithreading, advanced constructs.

• Spring Boot/Framework: Scalable backend services, Spring ecosystem.

• Problem-Solving: Debugging, code optimization, analytical thinking.

• Apache Kafka: Event-driven systems, real-time data streaming. Microservices: Distributed systems, loosely coupled services, APIs.

• RESTful Services: API design, HTTP methods/status codes, JSON, Swagger/Open API’s.

• MS SQL: Optimized queries, stored procedures, relational data management.

• Cloud & DevOps (CI/CD): Integration/deployment pipelines, cloud-native practices.
